The mission of this facility is to process and recover organic materials in order to reduce the quantities sent to landfill and decrease greenhouse gas emissions. It serves the Territory of the Greater Montreal Area for a population of approximately 700,000 people, in addition to a wide range of institutions, commercial establishments, and industries.
