Ivys renews ASME U – UM and “R” stamp certification
On October 9, 2024, Ivys Adsorption renewed its ASME “U”, “UM” and “R” stamp certification. Jenny Lévesque, (pictured) Ivys’s Quality Assurance and Quality Control Manager, managed this process.
The ASME “U” and “UM” stamps are essential certification marks provided by the American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME). Both are integral parts of the ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code (BPVC), specifically under Section VIII, which governs the design, manufacture, and inspection of pressure vessels. These stamps serve as powerful assurances that our pressure vessels are meticulously designed, expertly manufactured, and rigorously inspected in accordance with the highest safety and quality standards. They stand as a testament to our unwavering commitment to excellence and instill confidence that our PSA equipment for purifying RNG, hydrogen, and other gases will operate with utmost safety and reliability.
