Job description

As an intern, you will have the chance to support the Engineering and Methods teams in improving and standardizing our various product lines. The ultimate aim of your contribution is to help us achieve the modularity level we aim for in our transition from "project engineering" to "product engineering".

This internship is a great opportunity to familiarize yourself with the standards applicable to pressure vessel design. You'll make a real contribution to developing renewable energy solutions and play a key role in our mission to provide clean, high-quality energy solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform configuration analyses and propose opportunities for interface improvements and standardization;
  • Develop concepts, methods and tools to facilitate product assembly;
  • Design and validate using Solidworks ;
  • Assist engineers in FEA analysis, design, drawing and preparation of requirements for manufacturing using Solidworks ;
  • Plan and document projects in which you are involved;
  • Help solve production problems;
  • Assist the engineering team in all other tasks related to the management of our products, such as planning, component sourcing, cost reduction, etc. ;

Requirements

You're the ideal intern if, in addition to being dynamic and curious, you have experience and, above all, a keen interest in :

• Mechanical assembly and related problem solving;
• 3D modeling with SolidWorks software;
• Gas and renewable energies;

You'll be a real star if you also have experience and an interest in piping and pressure vessel design, and a basic understanding of assembly design (DFMA & GD&T).

We work in a bilingual environment, so fluency in spoken and written French and English is important.
