IVYS Named Canadian Distributor of AIRpipe Compressed Air Piping Systems

Ivys Adsorption is now the exclusive Canadian distributor of AIRpipe, a modular piping system for compressed air networks. Industrial customers across Canada can purchase the AIRpipe range and receive expert support from Ivys. By adding the AIRpipe product range, comprising ELGi air compressors, air dryers, filters, desiccants, and compressor oils, Ivys offers comprehensive compressed air solutions for manufacturing, food and beverage, automotive, packaging, and other industrial sectors.
Compressed air is one of the most energy-intensive utilities in any plant. Leaks and pressure loss in traditional piping networks drive up operating costs year after year. AIRpipe tackles these problems with an extruded aluminum system designed to lower installation costs, minimize leak risk, and reduce energy use, from the compressor room to the point of use.
"The addition of AIRpipe strengthens IVYS’s position as a single-source provider of compressed air solutions across Canada. By combining AIRpipe’s industry-leading aluminum piping technology with our expertise in compressors, dryers, filtration, and aftermarket support, we can deliver greater value to our customers through improved system performance, lower energy consumption, and simplified project execution. This partnership also enables us to continue expanding the innovative solutions and product lines available to our dealers and distributor partners, helping them better serve industrial customers while supporting their growth in the compressed air market.” said Michael Nadeau, Vice President, Industrial Business, IVYS.
"AIRpipe is excited to have found a strong partner in IVYS to represent our company in Canada. Their operational excellence, personnel, and position in the compressed air space is the perfect combination for our mutual success." said Chadwich Hills, Director at AIRpipe.
Built for performance, installed in a fraction of the time
AIRpipe is designed for easy and quick installation. The metal clamp snaps directly onto the pipe, while an active concentric O-ring seals the entire circumference once the line is pressurized. Installers only need basic tools. Quick drop fittings allow for adding new points of use without shutting down the entire network.
Key benefits include:
- Superior reliability and durability. Metal fittings and patented seals resist corrosion, vibration, and temperature swings, ensuring a long-lasting seal.
- Energy and cost savings. A smooth bore, high-flow fittings and a sealed system reduce pressure drop, leaks, and operating costs over the network's lifespan.
- Fast, modular installation. The weld-free assembly and modular design simplify future modifications and expansions. Components are reusable.
A complete range for every compressed air network
