0.42 – 0.48 kW/scfm (0.26 – 0.30 kWh/NCM) raw biogas
Landfill Gas collected from the Turnkey Recycling & Environmental Enterprises (TREE) Site is processed to Renewable Natural gas and piped to a cogeneration gas turbine plant, providing up to 85 percent of the five million square-foot campus’ electricity and heat, when the project was implemented. It was awarded the EPA’s 2009 Landfill Methane Outreach Project of the Year award. U.S.
