She has extensive expertise in human resources, having worked as an HR coordinator, generalist, manager, and director. She supports managers in their roles, recruits top talent, develops programs and policies aligned with the organization’s business strategy, manages performance, implements staff retention strategies, assesses training needs, fosters respect and communication between managers and employees, and values teamwork. Additionally, she emphasizes an essential aspect: worker health and safety. In fact, she chairs the health and safety committee.

Claude Boyer is a manager with over 36 years of experience in the compressed air business. Starting his career as a field service technician, he soon graduated to become a technical sales representative and then quickly moved to managerial positions. He owned two successful compressed air businesses, opened a branch for a major player and is now General Manager for our Ontario industrial activities.
